USA shipping: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International shipping: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact support immediately to cancel.

Returns & refunds (7-Day Refund Policy)

Full refund window: Request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Reasons for refunds: wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or product significantly not as described. (Preference/fit changes are accepted within the return window if the item is in original condition.)

How to return: Contact support with your order number to get a return authorization and instructions. Use a trackable shipping method.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Allow up to 7 business days for processing.

Crypto refunds: For crypto payments, refunds may be issued in the original cryptocurrency or as store credit, depending on timing and transaction conditions. Crypto refunds happen after the product is returned and inspected.

Return shipping cost: Unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Authenticity & lifetime warranty

All items are 100% authentic and covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

How claims work: If you believe an item is defective or not authentic, contact support with photos and your order number. We will review and may request the item be returned for inspection.

Remedies: For valid warranty claims we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. We aim to resolve warranty claims quickly and fairly.
